Pay by Credit Card

Iconofile accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. After placing your order, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information on the order form. All charges to your credit card will appear under the account of Natural Pigments.

Pay by Check

Iconofile accepts payment by certified check, cashier check or bank check from U.S. banks only. Money orders from U.S. institutions and International money orders are also accepted to pay for your order. Payment must be in U.S. dollars, and the checks made payable to Natural Pigments.

Pay by Phone or Fax

If you prefer, you can pay by phone. If you want to call in your credit card information and complete your purchase by phone, please wait one hour before calling. This will ensure that your order is in our system. After that, we will hold your order for up to 5 days, so be sure to contact us prior to the end of that period. Then call 1-707-459-9990, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Customers outside the U.S., please call +1-707-459-9990.

You can also fax us your credit card information. Send your fax to 408-516-9442, Attention: Orders. Please include:
Name
Billing Address
Shipping Address (if different from billing address)
Order Number (if available)
Credit Card Type (American Express, MasterCard or Visa)
Credit Card Number
Expiration Date
Cardholder's Name (name as it appears on the credit card)

Overpayment

Overpayments under $5.00 will be credited to your next order, unless specified otherwise. Amounts of $5.00 and more will be refunded by check.
