In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges, remember to first notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. If, for whatever reason, you are held responsible for this amount, Iconofile will cover the entire liability for you, up to $50, as long as the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made from Iconofile while using our secure server.

We gladly accept orders by phone or fax. Simply place the items you want in your shopping cart and proceed to Checkout. On the second page of the checkout process, instead of selecting Credit Card as the method of payment, select Phone Fax as your preferred method. If you choose to complete your order by fax, we have provided a handy form to do so. On the final page of the checkout process, fill in your credit card information and print the form. The information is not sent to us, but is provided for your convenience to print out. Fax the form to 1-408-516-9442 anytime of the day or night.
